As Kentağ Communication Services Inc. (Data Controller) we process your personal data in line with KVKK No. 6698 and electronic communications legislation.
Data processed
In a subscription application we process name, national ID number, address, phone and email; in service provision, subscription and billing information, traffic and access records (time, IP, line used), support records and call recordings.
Purposes and legal grounds
Formation and performance of the subscription contract, billing, technical support, network security and legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, ç). Campaign and marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Transfers and retention
Data may be shared with billing and payment institutions, collection and field service partners, credit risk assessment bodies and authorised public bodies. Access records are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation, and subscription records for ten years from the end of the contract.
